Get Your Feet Wet For The Day or Join For The Season!

There are a few options for cooling off in the summer.  This is a list of various swimming pools and beaches that are available to the public.  Some are maintained by local villages and require residency.

PUBLIC POOLS:

John S. Davanzo Community Pool @ Wilson Park, Village of Mineola: For Mineola Residents Only.  https://www.mineola-ny.gov/recreation/pages/john-s-davanzo-community-pool-wilson-park

Roger Fay Williston Park Pool, Village of Williston Park: Williston Park Residents receive a discounted rate but people from outside the village are welcome to join for an increased fee. https://www.villageofwillistonpark.org/public-pool

Manorhaven Beach Park Pool, Port Washington: Must be a Town of North Hempstead Resident to Join.  Daily admittance without a membership is allowed.  Reduced Fee Program based on family size and income can bring down the cost of Membership. https://www.northhempsteadny.gov/departments/parks_recreation/manorhaven.php

Whitney Pond Park, Manhasset: Must be a Town of North Hempstead Resident to Join.  Daily admittance without a membership is allowed.  Reduced Fee Program based on family size and income can bring down the cost of Membership.  https://www.northhempsteadny.gov/departments/parks_recreation/whitney_pond_park.php

PUBLIC BEACH: 

North Hempstead Beach Park, Port Washington: Discounted Admission/Parking for Town of North Hempstead Residents.  Public Swimming Beach with lifeguards. https://northhempsteadny.gov/north-hempstead-beach-park
